Ways to Donate

Make a Difference – Support Our Students

Your support helps fund classroom resources, special programs, school events, and community initiatives. Every contribution, big or small, makes an impact!

1. Donate Directly

We accept donations in a way that’s convenient for you:

Cash or Check:
Drop off at the school office or bring to any PTA event. Make checks payable to Grey Cloud Elementary PTA.
Online:
Donate securely through our store website using your credit or debit card. Donate Now

2. Support Our Events

Join the fun and make a difference at our school events! Proceeds help fund important PTA initiatives.

Thunder Dash: Our largest annual fundraiser! Run, walk, or sponsor a participant. Every dollar goes directly to supporting students and programs.
Other events: Storybook Theater, Fall Carnival, Neon Dance.

3. Shop to Give

Support the PTA while shopping! When you shop through select retailers, a percentage of your purchase is donated back to Grey Cloud Elementary.

No extra cost to you—just shop and give back!

4. Employer Matching Gifts

Did you know many companies will match charitable donations made by their employees? This means your gift to Grey Cloud Elementary PTA can go twice as far—sometimes even more!

How it Works:

Check with your employer – Ask your HR department if your company offers a charitable donation match program. Many large corporations do.
Submit a matching gift request – Most companies have an online form or HR submission process.
Include your donation information – Provide your donation receipt or confirmation to your company.
Watch your impact grow – Once approved, your donation is matched, often dollar-for-dollar, directly to the PTA.

Why It Matters:

A $50 donation could become $100 with a match.
Matching gifts are a powerful way to support classroom projects, school events, and student programs without additional cost to you.
Every match helps the PTA stretch your generosity even further.

Tip: Some companies also match donations from retirees or spouses, so check all eligible opportunities!
