ThunderDASH 2025/2026 – Business Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear Potential Partner,

Become part of an exciting, healthy sponsorship opportunity benefitting Grey Cloud Elementary! Our growing community includes over 750 students, their families, and more than 100 teachers and staff. The PTA supports students and staff through curriculum enrichment in music, art, drama, physical education, special education, literacy, math, science, technology, and individual classroom needs — as well as recognition/appreciation programs, community-building events, volunteer fulfillment, and special help.

The majority of PTA funding comes from our annual health-focused signature event, ThunderDASH Fun Run & Field Games. This spring, students will be collecting pledges for participation in an all-school Field Games and Fun Run on Thursday, May 28, 2026 (rain date: Friday, May 29), hosted by our physical education specialists.

Our goal this year is to raise $30,000, with at least $10,000 contributed through business and community sponsorships. Your sponsorship helps maximize funding directly for student programming, and in recognition, your logo and website may be included on:

• ThunderDASH t-shirts

• Commons Area bulletin boards

• Carpool signage

• PTA Facebook page

Monetary or gift-in-kind donations must be received by March 27, 2026 to ensure logo/name printing on event materials.
